Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you are in a US territory, at an APO, FPO or DPO address, or outside the United States, email parts@futuratrailers.com before you order and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Processing
In stock parts usually leave us within two business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is collected.
Some parts are picked from the trailer production line rather than from parts stock and take longer. If yours is one of them we will email you with a date within one business day of your order.
If we cannot ship your order within 30 days, or by a date we have given you, we will email you with a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
Rates and delivery time
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight and destination of your order. Transit times are the carrier's estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take longer and usually cost more to ship. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.
Long or bulky parts
Fenders and other long parts travel by parcel carrier in oversized packaging. They can take a few days longer to arrive, especially to Alaska and Hawaii.
Checking your delivery
Look at the parcel before you sign for it. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it before you open it, then tell us within 5 business days. Damage reported later is very hard for us to claim.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. We cannot treat a parcel as lost until the carrier does.
Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
